Pharaoh Admits Sin Against God
Rain and snow gently bring moisture from the heavens for nurture of man and all growing things. Hail is moisture hardness from the heavens above, inclined towards destruction. Fire in the air (along the ground) is more than sunshine beneficial to crops. It is a super-hot destroyer of growing things. Accompanying thunder might be construed as the voice of God announcing heavy judgments against Pharaoh. Peaceful, quiet minds are God’s gifts to man (Isaiah:26.3), even as He indwells the head as His holiest-of-all throne room. The wickedness of Pharaoh extremely disturbed God’s heavenly heads, beckoning judgment and deliverance. Hardness in the physical heavens over Egypt reflect the type of spiritual damage Pharaoh was inflicting upon God’s heaven within. This judgment brought Pharaoh to the point of sin awareness. But, awareness only does not confer salvation.
